in this area offers you the variety, creativity and affordability
offered by Boerne Vistro Catering.
This catering guide contains many of our favorites as well as our
Chef's specialties. The following menus are only suggestions to
be used in planning your event. Because each event is different in
purpose, detail and budget, feel free to share your ideas with our
catering representative, or our Chef,

menu selections, set up and number of planned guests. Please contact
us to discuss your needs so that we may present you with the ideal
program suited for your event and budget.
We can provide you with high-quality, disposable plastic ware, or
for an additional charge, china, linens, and glassware are available.
Charges will vary. Please ask your catering consultant for specific
details.
All events will have a predetermined serving timeframe. One-and-a-half
hours is normally provided for catering events. Any event that requires
an extended serving time past the agreed upon ending time will be
charged an additional overtime service fee.
Food is extremely perishable, therefore, Boerne Vistro Catering
cannot be responsible for any food left over from your catered event.
Food not consumed during the scheduled event remains the property
of Boerne Vistro Catering. No credit will be issued for leftover
food or unused items.
If you find it necessary to cancel an event, there will be a charge
for any expenses already incurred. Cancellation of service must be
done in writing directly to the Boerne Vistro Catering office no
later than noon, seven business days before the scheduled event.

base price includes purchase and preparation of the listed items.
Sales tax is 8.25%. Service fee ranges from 18 to 25% depending
on the complexity of program and staffing needs, and includes delivery,
set-up, presentation, serving and break down. If additional items
or services are required pricing may be adjusted. Alcohol, appetizers,
desserts, linens, serving items, and other special arrangements
are all available on request.
